Our Staks Loyalty Card rewards you every time you eat or drink at Staks La Pulente.
Every time you eat or drink with us we will add credit to your account. Simply present your card when paying your bill.

1. The Staks Loyalty card is issued by and remains the property of Staks La Pulente who reserve the right to decline issue or withdraw the card, account or points at any time, or to alter or amend the terms and conditions of how the scheme operates without giving notice. Staks La Pulente may terminate the scheme at any time without notice and with no liability to the company.
2. All participants in the card scheme must be aged 18 years or over.
3. Your points are held in an account in your name and not on the card itself.
4. The card is not transferable, and can only be used by the person to whom the card was issued.
5. Members may be removed from the scheme at any time at the discretion of Staks La Pulente.
   The card can only be used at Staks La Pulente.
   Food & Beverage discounts can only be attributed to your account at the till when your bill is paid. Staks La Pulente reserves the right to refuse credit if the card has not been used at time of payment and is not obliged to discount retrospectively.
6. Staks La Pulente reserve the right to exclude any products from the scheme.
   Accounts that remain inactive for a period longer than twelve months will be removed from the scheme without notice and with no liability to Staks La Pulente for unused points held on that account. This account may be marked as expired and you will be required to make a new application at which point your points will no longer be redeemable and this action will be taken as an opt out.

8. The card cannot be used as a credit card or a guarantee card.
